Fern Archer was the daughter of George Archer and Nettie Carpenter. She was a resident of Ralston, Nebraska, when she died at an Omaha hospital after an extended illness. She had been an invalid for a number of years as a result of polio which left her lower limbs partially paralyzed.
Fern died one month before her 45th birthday and is buried with her parents at Fairview Cemetery south of Papillion.
