After her husband Peter Franklin Huskey's death in 1857, in Phelps County, Missouri, Mary Ann Reagan Huskey and daughter, Lucinda Huskey, appeared under Michael B. Clevenger in the 1860 Federal Census of Macoupin County, Illinois. She was living with her son Daniel Huskey in the 1870 Federal Census of Phelps County, Missouri.

It is believed that Mary Ann was buried in the Huskey Cemetery.
