Mr. Moss came to California from his native Arkansas in 1940, settling in the Sand Hill area of Oakley.
He was a retired agricultural worker.
Survivors include five sons, Ottis of Brentwood, Charles "Bud" and Lynn of Antioch, David of Jersey Island and Larry of Idaho; two daughters, Beulah Harmon of Idaho, and Lucy Scarfo of Oakley; 21 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeal services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by burial at Union Cemetery near Brentwood.
