Alice Marie Knapp, 74, of New Haven, West Virginia died on December 12, 2005 at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley, WV. She was born on August 11, 1931 in West Columbia, WV daughter of the late Charles V. Ferguson and the late Eula Marie Tate Ferguson.
Alice is survived by: her husband of fifty-five years Herman Taylor Knapp of New Haven; two daughters, Beverly Marie Knapp of Ravenswood, WV and Hermetta Kay Knapp of New Haven; her brother Russell Ferguson of Deltona, Florida; four sisters, Jean (Ralph) Sayre of New Haven, Vivian Frye of Mason, WV, Clarice Wallace of New Haven, and Sandy (Charles) Hargrave of New Haven; grandchildren, J.R. (Marie) Hysell of New Haven, Ricky Wolfe of Ravenswood, Nicholas Wolfe of Ravenswood; step great-grandchildren, Brittany Roush and Chelse Roush; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers James, Billy, and Jerry Ferguson.
