Obit: She was preceded in death of her parents, George & Thula Ralstin; her sister, Nell Weber; and one daughter, Michelle Diaz. Chiquita is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hughes of Bakersfield; daughter, Debby Roggy of Ogden, Utah; granddaughter, Alyssa Diaz and father, Gerry of Alhambra. etc; She enjoyed Golf and Fishing and was an excellent cook and home decorator. Memorial Service was held at Greenlawn SW Memorial Chapel,Bakerfield, CA.,She was cremated. Not sure if her ashes were spread in Maui,Hawaii.
