William Martin Cobb, 83, of Bryants Store, Ky., the son of the late Mattison and Lucenda Lawson Cobb, was born in Knox County on June 17, 1903. He died in the Knox County General Hospital on Dec. 6, 1986.
Mr. Cobb was a retired farmer and a member of the Little Poplar Creek Baptist Church. He united in marriage to Bertha Mays, who preceded him in death in 1984.

Services were conducted at the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel Dec. 8 1986 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Arnold Petry and Rev. Bill Bray officiatin. Burial was in the Mays Cemetery at Bryants Store.
