Thomas was a farmer on the Masterton Road, Woodville, of the Woodville Dairy Factory and chairman of the Dairy Marketing Association. He was Chairman of the Woodville Boy Scouts committee and of the Woodville Jersey Cattle Club.
* But note that his son had the same name and may have been some of these

Last Will and Testament, I, Thomas Alexander Bain Sinclair of Woodville, Retired Farmer, say If my wife Edith Rella Sinclair shall survive me for a period of fourteen days then, but not otherwise, I Give, Devise and Bequeath all my property both real and personal of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate of which I shall be possessed to which I shall be entitled or over which I shall have any disposing power at the time of my death unto my said wife absolutely and appoint her sole executrix and trustee of this my Will.
If my wife shall not survive me for the period aforesaid then to divide the residue into six (6) equal parts to be held upon the following trusts, namely:-
As to one (1) of such parts for my son Thomas Alexander Bain Sinclair
As to one (1) of such parts for my granddaughter Gillian Rochelle Skinner
As to one (1) of such parts for my granddaughter Jennifer Gail Sincliar
As to two (2) of such parts for my granddaughter Andrea Kay Sinclair
As to one (1) of such parts for my granddaughter Lindsey Sinclair
* I appoint my son Thomas Alexander Bain Sinclair to be the executor and trustee of this my Will
Witnessed and Signed, 19 August 1970, by Thomas and two nurses, Ingrid Mary Trewavas, Registered Nurse of Dannevirke & Patricia Cosgrove, Community Nurse, Dannevirke

* He graduated from Otago University, M.B., Ch.B. in 1953.
* Appointment: Thomas Alexander Bain Sinclair, M.B., CH.B. ( 134092), is granted a commission in the Medical Branch, Reserve of Air Force Officers, for a period of four years in the rank of Flying- Officer, with effect from 3 December 1957.
