Clarence Glenn Queen, 86, 205 Hardwick Drive, died June 13, 2001, at home.

He was a native of Cleveland County, son of the late John Harrison and Doris Jenkins Queen, husband of the late Mabel Sanders Queen, owner-operator of Queen?s Refrigerator Service for 40 years, retired from Ora Mill Co. after 40 years of service, member of Dover Baptist Church, served on Board of Deacons, taught Men's Sunday school class for 40 years, Mason, member of Cleveland Lodge 202, Shelby Amateur Radio Club, served in National Guard.

SURVIVORS: Son, Mike Queen, Lilburn, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Sybil and Tom Hogan, Raleigh; sister, Corrine Hobbs, Columbus, Ga.; half-brothers and -sisters of Shelby; grandchildren, Kelly Hogan Clinch, Neal Hogan, Ashley Hogan Brady, Blair Hogan, Todd Queen; great-grandchildren, Emma and Patrick Clinch, Zachary and Abigail Hogan

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Brother, J.Y. Queen; grandson, Scott Michael Queen

FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Friday, Dover Baptist Church, Rev. Phil Bailey; body will be placed in church 30 minutes before service
