Norman Mehard Wimer aged 31 years of Washington township died Saturday January 27 at 4:15 p.m. in the Shenango Valley hospital after an illness of three weeks due to typhoid fever.
Mr. Wimer was born in Washington township, January 12, 1892 the son of Gilbert and Ada Martin Wimer. He was one of the progressive young men of the community and was a former teacher in the Lawrence and Mercer county schools. He was a member of the Eastbrook United Presbyterian church.
Besides his parents he is survived by one brother, Martin and one sister Rebecca at home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 from the late residence in charge of Rev. Littell. Interment will be made in the Eastbrook cemetery.
