MY SISTER, Mildred Elizabeth Howard Goupel was the daughter of Jasper Newton and Lena Ruth Scott Howard. She was born March 30, 1921 in Lincoln Park, Michigan. She married Arthur Eugene Goupel November 02, 1940. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur, parents, brothers, Leslie Oliver, James Raymond and sister Shirley Mae Howard. Services were conducted at First United Methodist Church in Lincoln Park, Michigan, where she was a member. Mildred enjoyed being a mother and homemaker. She was always concerned about others and would do anything she could to help when needed. She will be profoundly missed. She left to cherish her memory, daughters, Linda Marie, Nancy Ruth, Karen Louise, Darlene Edith and Teresa, Sons, Allen Michael, and Douglas Arthur. She will be missed tremendously, by sister Barbara Jean Howard Pointer and brother-In-law Shan.
