He spent the major part of his life in Marinette and was a restaurant operator here, one of his places of business was the Trio Lunch. He was also a candidate for public office here on various occasions. After moving to Appleton in 1950 he was employed by the Wisconsin and Michigan Power Company.
He was born in Suamico July 31, 1895, and is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Wolfe whom he married in 1916; a brother and sister, Roy Tupper and Mrs. Pearl Tebo, both of Menominee.
The body will be at Martin-Lein funeral home when friends may call after 5 p.m. today. The Rev. Jerome Nagler of First Methodist church will conduct the funeral rites at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and burial will be in Forest Home cemetery.
