FLATWOODS, KY - Mrs. Mary Jane Gwinn Walker, age 66 of 716 Williams Street here, died Wednesday in a Huntington, WV hospital after a long illness.
She was a native of Red House, WV, and had resided in Flatwoods 20 years. Mrs. Walker was a member of the Advance Methodist Church and the Auxilliary of Railway Trainmen.
Surviving: husband, Sylvestor H.; son, James T. Walker of Detroit, MI; daughters, Mrs. Woodrow Thompson of Charleston, WV, Mrs. Charles J. Miller of Ashland, KY, Mrs. Zona Anderson of Haywood, CA; brothers, Waldo Gwinn of Shrewsbury, WV, Harley Gwinn of Diamond, WV; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Advent Methodist Church by the Reverand Robert Hart, Jr. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens at Flatwoods. The body is at the Carman Funeral Home here.
