Lucille Grantham King, 60, of Henry Ave. Pulaski died early this morning in the Pulaski Community Hospital.

She was born in Pulaski County, March 28, 1923 and was the daughter of the late William Novell Grantham and Mary Jennings Grantham.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Pulaski.

Surviving are her husband, William M. (Bill) King; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Brenda) Rodgers Jr. Kingsport, Tenn.; three sisters. Mrs. Isabelle Blankenship, Mrs. Opal Brookman both of Roanoke, Mrs.. Stella Anderson, Kingsport Tenn.; three brothers, Arthur Grantham, Roanoke, Tommy Grantham, Houston. Tex., Herman Grantham. Pulaski; and two grandchildren;

The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. J.N. Howard and Rev. Tom Seay officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County,; Visiting will be Tuesday evening at Stevens from 7 to 9 p.m. The family wishes memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church or to the American Heart Association.
