Mildred was born in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho on October 14, 1915. She is the daughter of Dwight and Anna Neal. She was raised and went to school in Kansas and later moved back to Lava and graduated from high school.
Mildred married Francis J. McGuinn. They had one daughter together, Barbara Ann. They later divorced and she then married Charles Campbell. They had two daughters together, Stella Katheryn and Bonnie Mae.
Mildred worked as a nurse's aide for five years in Salt Lake City, but later quit work to return to Lava to raise her three granddaughters because her daughter, Kathryn, passed away.
Mother had a unique sense of humor that was enjoyed by many, and was known for her caring ways. Throughout life Mother was a spiritual person and always trusted that God would lead the way.
Mildred is survived by her daughter, Barbara Medina (Salt Lake City, Utah); her sister, Theda Rose Reeves (Wichita, Kan.); eight grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles, and her daughters, Stella Katherine and Bonnie Mae.
