Mrs. Lofgren was born April 18, 1924, in Roosevelt, Utah, to Dean and Imogene Crapo. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Utah. She married Lawrence Lofgren on Jan. 14, 1967, in Reno, Nev. She was a buyer for the U.S. Army Depot in Sacramento for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, coin collecting, listening to classical music, and listening to her grandson play music.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Lofgren of Grass Valley; son and daughter-in-law, William and Gennie Hood of Grass Valley; and grandson, Cody Hood of Grass Valley. She was preceded in death by her father, Dean Crapo, in 1977; and mother, Imogene Crapo, in 1977.
