Florella was the daughter of William Franklin and Nancy A. (Gastineau) Martin. She married Elbert Sterling Price on 25 Dec 1894 in Pulaski Co., Kentucky. Elbert is also interred in the Danville South Cemetery. Florella and Elbert were the parents of four known children: John Curtis Price (1895- ca 1907), Sarah Price (ca 1898-ca 1899), Thomas E. Price (1902-1981) and Elbert Franklin Price (1909-adulthood).
