Former Resident Dies In Ackerman.
Funeral services were held for John Wesley Hester at Antioch May 23. Burial followed in Antioch Cemetery.
He was a native of Alabama and married to the former Rosetta Luallen. He died in Choctaw County Hospital after a long illness.
Survivors: daughters Orene Stallings of Sturgis and Eunice Smith of Tallapoosa, GA; son, William Hester of Mathiston; sister, Mrs. Newt Stephens; and brother Jim Hester.
