MRS MAE D. GOFF

Mrs. Mae D. Goff, 87, a resident of the St. John's Nursing and Convalescing Home, died there at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday following three years of failing health.

She was born Oct. 26, 1892, in Ritchie county, W. Va., a daughter of Fenton and Sarah Mitchell Prunty. She was a self-employed seamstress and attended St. John's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include two sons, Austin G. of Springfield and Gordon S. of Miami, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Hilma) Dowd, San Jose, Calif., and Mrs. Bruno (Wanda) Grasaglio, Enon; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Pauline Loney, died in 1967.

Her body was taken to the Woods-Aligier Funeral Home where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Services will be held there at 2 p.m. Saturday in charge of the Rev. Kay M. Glaesner, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Newcomers Cemetery.

She was married to Justus Nathan Goff 19 Mar 1913 in Vinton, OH.
