BARBARA J. MYERS FUNERAL SLATED FOR FRIDAY
 The funeral for Barbara J. Myers, 53, of 719 Alexandria St., will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Bossuot-Lundy Funeral Home with the Rev. Eugene A. DelConte, assistant pastor of St. James Church, officiating. Burial will be in Swinburne Cemetery, Deer River.
 Mrs. Myers died Wednesday morning in the emergency room of Carthage Area Hospital, where she was admitted at 5:30 after suffering cardiac arrest.
 Calling hours were scheduled for 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Augustinian Academy.
 Surviving are two sons, Daniel V. Monroe and Scott A. Monroe, both of Carthage; four daughters, Mrs. James (Debbie) Kizzer, Mrs. Dwight (Antoinette) Hutchins, Kim Ellen Monroe and Mrs. Quint (Sue Ann) Noyes, all of Carthage; 13 grandchildren; her parents, Daniel and Marguerite Carpenter Canell, Oswego, and two sisters, Grovine A. Mantle and Ina M. LaClair, both of Oswego.
 Born Jan. 4, 1939, in Carthage, she attended Carthage Central School and married Richard Currier. Mr. Currier was killed June 15, 1962, in an automobile accident.
 Marriages to Vernon P. Monroe and Robert J. Myers ended in divorce.
Mrs. Myers formerly worked as a nurse's aide at Carthage Area Hospital.
 She was a member of the Carthage Women's Bowling Association and a communicant of St. James Church.
