Frewsburg- Hoyt L. Abbott, 87, of 123 Frew Run Road died Saturday, Dec. 19, 1998, in Heritage Green Health Care Center. He was born March 22, 1911, in Jamestown, son of Hilla and Fanny Abbott. Surviving are his wife, Lana Abbott, whom he married Dec. 28, 1982 in Zion Lutheran Church; two daughters, Margaret Nalbone of Jamestown and Florida, and Donna Jackson of Newhall, Calif.; two sons: Gary Abbott of Jamestown, and Stewart Abbott of Bradenton, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Beverly Weaselhead of Sumpter, Ore.; a stepson, G. Robert Hussey of Dansville, NY; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and one sister, Doris Scofield of Fla. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Lois, and his second wife, Rosenia. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Falconer.
