LENA ALBEE
Mrs. Lena B. Albee, 75, formerly of 3424 Custer St., Manitowoc, died Monday at Family Heritage Nursing Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Jens Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Lind of First Lutheran Church will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Albee, nee Lena Hill, was born February 14, 1902 in Reed City, Ill., daughter of the late Horace and Ida Bell Meskimen Hill. Mrs. Albee attended schools in Pekin, Ill. She was married to William Maggar September 9, 1919. He preceded her in death in 1923. She married Strone Albee November 18, 1924. He preceded her in 1959.
Survivors include a son, Paul Maggar of Hinsdale, Ill., a daughter, Mrs. Leo (Vivian) Brandt of Manitowoc; two brothers, Roy of Indiana, Ray of Nebraska; two sisters, Mrs. Howard (Edith) Petty of Bartonville, Ill., Mrs. Harry (Dorothy) Bramer of Pekin, Ill., Mrs. Robert (Ruby) Walters of Hanna City, Ill.; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
