William Homer Dennis, 86, Muskogee, Okla., died Feb. 27, 1983. He was born Jan. 1, 1897 in Aurora. He was the son of Dock and Ollie Seals Dennis, was a member of the Church of Christ and was a retired dairy farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Ona Murphy Dennis of the home; two sons, Dale Dennis of Muskogee, Okla., and Wayne Dennis of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Geneva Dickson of Bixby, Okla.; one brother, Ray Dennis of Woodville, Tex.; five sisters, Olena Ledbetter, Norman, Okla., Maude Pelkey of North Platte, Nebr., Edith Hall of Ada, Okla, Stella Haney of Muskogee, Okla. and Florence Wilson, Wash. state; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted in the Bradley Funeral Chapel in Muskogee, Okla. on Wednesday, March 2, 1983, with Bennie Moore, minister, officiating.

Those attending funeral services from Huntsville were Mr. and Mrs. Claud Murphy, Charles Murphy, Marie Danials, and Tom Jackson.
