MAXINE B. CLARK, 94, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, July 28, 2006, at her home. Born in Fort Wayne, she worked for Wolf & Dessauer Department Store and retiring from L.S. Ayres after 20 years of service as a secretary to the retail buyers. She was an I.U. Basketball fan and loving grandma.
Surviving are her daughter, Martha Jane Slick of Fort Wayne; three grandsons, John Slick IV of Fort Wayne, Joseph Slick of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and David (Shanan) Slick of Fort Wayne; brother, Ralph Bradtmiller of Fort Wayne; and four great-grandchildren, Dillon, Katelynn, David and Jessica Slick.
She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Clark, in 1968; and husband, Paul Edward Clark, in 1987.
Service is 2 p.m. Tuesday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Pastor Paul Offhaus officiating. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
