CELESTINE L FUQUA: Enid; 82, died in a local hospital early Tues morning. She was born 7 Oct 1906 on a farm near Hillsdale, the dau of Rex & Addie Wamsley Lacey & graduated from PondCreek High School. She attended Enid Business College & Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. The former Celestine Lacey married Doyle Fuqua in Enid on 1 Sep 1933. MrsFuqua was employed by the Champlin Refining Co for several years prior to retirement. From May of 1962 till January 1981, she & her daughter lived in OklahomaCity. She was a member of the Central Christian Church. She was prece-ded in death by a brother & a sister.
Survivors include: 1 dau: Marilyn Fuqua-of the home.
Graveside service will be Thursday in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr Lloyd H Lambert officiating. Services will be under the direction of Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division. The funeral home will serve as custodian of the fund.
