She was an accomplished and educated woman and set a good example for my mother,Dorsa Garrison (Claud's sister), who loved her very much. She was,in fact, beloved by my mother and it saddened the whole family when she died at the young age of 28 years (January 1925) leaving a grieving husband and a little son, William Hart Garrison only 5 years old.
