Mrs. Nancy K. Wycoff, 89, former Lisbon resident, died at
5 a.m. today in Valley Nursing Home at Damascus. She had been
a patient there nine months.
She was born April 24, 1878, in Belton, W. Va., a daughter of James and Susan Beatty Whitlatch. She had lived in the Lisbon area the
past 38 years and was a member of Beaver Street Church of Christ.
Her husband, John Wycoff, died in September 1954. She leaves
three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Ferguson of Littleton, W. Va.; Mrs.
Theressa Moore of Guilford Lake and Mrs. Laura Wright of Lisbon;
two sons, Archie Wycoff of Farmington, W. Va., and William Wycoff of Westville Lake; 21 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held Friday, October 27 at the Henry Funeral Home. Glenn Logston, pastor of the Beaver Street church
officiated. Burial was in Lisbon Cemetery.
