She was first sealed to me for Louisa Leavitt, my first wife now dead. She was then sealed to me herself for time and eternity.
He then adopted all her children and had them sealed to him. Then he married Dinah's oldest daughter Martha to be his third wife.∼Wife of William Vaughn. He was born abt 1810, Wales and died 1854, St.Joseph, MO, burial unknown. Daughter of Samuel Davis and Dina (unknown)of Wales. Dina's parents were prosperous enought to allow her to go to medical school and graduate as a Doctor. In this country she worked as a midwife. She passed on her knowledge of medicine to her daughter, Emeline.
