My Uncle Clyde passed away six years before I was Born. His wife my Aunt Fannie lived up the street from us. His daughter Annette was always my favorite person to see at the family reunion. I have heard stories of him, but I really don't know the amount about him like I do many of my family members that I have made memorial pages here in findagrave for.

Clyde was a very nice man, a good christian man. He was a member of Glover Babtist Church and belonged to that church for many many years. He was married to Fannie who was a Ross and his sister was married to Fannie's brother Sylvester. This allowed for family jokes.

Clyde was a butcher and then a grocer. He was a loving husband and father. He provided for his family and gave them lovely things. They were a very well dressed lot. My Father told me Uncle Clyde always wore a shirt and tie. No matter what. He cut the grass in a shirt and tie. Always dressed, always presentable.
