F, 13th Pennsylvania Cavalry (117th Volunteers). He was captured at the second battle of Winchester, June 15, 1863, incarcerated on Belle Isle in Richmond, Virginia, and paroled August 2, 1863. He returned to duty and was honorable discharged with his company on July 14, 1865.
