Rosamond was the only child of Hattie Sapp. Her father was Edward Praul/Prall or Edward Pratt. We are not sure which as of yet. Legal Documents show both names. She was born Rosetta Jane Sapp so we are thinking her parents never married. Somehow her name went to Rosamond J Praul and it is not clear as to why or how. I will update as I gain info!
