Great Grandpa was the son of Aaron and Sarah Frances Saunders/Withers. October 26, 1863 he married Sarah Ann Archer. He and Sarah Ann came to the US in 1866 and were eventually naturalized. Josiah came with a college education and for years was an Estate Manager in New York and then Kentucky eventually buying farm land in Iowa and then Illinois.
