Alice May Rollwage was first married Chester McRae October 30, 1901 at St. Francis, Arkansas. After their marriage, they moved to Midland, TX where according to the wedding announcement he is the prosperous owner and operator of a large cattle ranch. (Daily Arkansas Gazette, Little Rock, AR, November 3, 1901 page 11.
Chester died October 7, 1904 at age 31. His burial place has not been located. Alice returned to Arkansas where she then married the Rev. Watson Mumford Fairley about 1909 according to the 1910 Census record, Fayetteville, Ward 8, Cumberland, NC.
