Survived by wife, Bernice Ainsworth Freeman; two daughters, Shirley Ann Henderson and Barbara Lynn Freeman; a son, Leo Gordon Freeman; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Wisner and Mrs. Zelma Hollingsworth; three brothers, Glenn, Joseph L., and Chester K. Freeman; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by two sons, Pete and Leon L. Freeman Jr.
