Three brothers, Hiram McGehee of Lexington; John McGehee of Oakman, and Press McGehee of Stratford, and three sisters, Mrs. J.N. Caton of Oakman; Mrs. Mary White of Hastings and Mrs. Minnie Doughty of Ardmore.

His parents were: Alexander Crawford McGehee, and Sarah E. Tharpe McGEHEE.
