Services are 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic, Davenport, with visitation 9-10 a.m. Burial is at Davenport Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Halligan-McCabe-DeVries, Davenport.
He was born June 20, 1927, in rural Scott County, to Otto C.M. and Bertha Paustian Voss. He married Phyllis M. DeLeu on June 3, 1978. She preceded him in death.
Surviving are son, Chuck DeLeu, Bothell, Wash.; and sister, Dorothy M. Titus, Durant.
