Born July 16, 892 in Lawrence county, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Wilhelm. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Christian church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Wilhelm; two sons, Wilburn Wilhelm, Lamar, and Howard Wilhelm, Golden City; six grandchildren; three brothers, Harmon Wilhelm, Bartlesville, Okla.; Benny Wilhelm, Lockwood, and Chrisie Wilhelm, Iantha; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Clopton, Golden City; Mrs. Edith McCulloch, Lamar; Mrs. Pauline Brunner, Lockwood, and Mrs. Clara Davis, Golden City.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Golden City Christian church. The Rev. Harvey Gresham will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF cemetery, Golden City, under direction of the Phillips-Pugh funeral home.
