~Anna Prunty has accepted Jesus Christ's invitation of Eternal Life with him.~

Anna was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Alice and Albert Schmidt. Anna grew up with 13 brothers and sisters.

Ann met and married the love of her Life Newton "Joe" Prunty, and in 1961 they were married.

They relocated to Bremerton in 1962. Together they raised Jim and Melinda (Lindy).

Ann was a compassionate, Gracious and Loving Mother and Grandmother and Friend not only to her family but her children's friends and her neighbors. She lived a very active life and enjoyed her pets, spending time in her garden and listening to her music.

She is preceded in death by her husband Joe, who passed away in 1991; and is survived by Jim, Lindy, their spouses, 3 grandchildren and brothers and sisters.

Her service will be held Sept. 25, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Lane Cemetery Port Orchard. In lieu of flowers please donate to Hospice of Kitsap County; P.A.W.S or Kitsap Humane Society.
