"Lonnie" as he was known to most everyone was an honest, conscientious worker and had no enemies. He was of a generally cheerful disposition although of late failing health troubled him.
He was survived by two sons, John and Joe Boyer of Kansas City, Mo. One sister of Kalama, Washington; three brothers, Sam Boyer Sr., and George Boyer of Fairplay; Basil Boyer of Kalama, Washington.
He was laid to rest on January 3, 1930 in the Fairplay Cemetery.
