Mrs. Mary Baightol died at her home near Clemsonville on Friday, July 10, of paralysis and infirmities of old age, aged 86 years and 2 months. Mrs. Baightel has been an invalid for some time. She leaves to morn their loss three sons, viz: Uriah in California, Noah in Indiana, and Jonas, at Clemsonville. The funeral took place from her late residence on Sunday at 9 o'clock a.m. Rev. Solomon Somer officiated. Her bears were Col. Daniel Bibu (sp?), N.H. Clemson, Newton Pitinger (sp?), W. R. Norris, S. W. McAllister and Samuel Grabill. Interment was made at Pike Creek burying ground, near Uniontown. Upton Walz was the undertaker.
