Edythe B. Jones, 90, of Chillicothe died at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, 2001, at her residence. Born Aug. 6, 1910, in Chillicothe to Henry and Nellie Loutz Pettett, she married Leslie E. Jones on Aug. 6, 1946, in Streator. He died April 6, 1986, in Peoria. Four brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
