Janet E. (Burger) Golightley Casteel, age 77, formerly of South Toledo, Died suddenly in the Elizabeth Scott Care Center, Maumee. Janet was a homemaker and was employed as a clerk at the former LaSalles, downtown and following this she was a receptionist/secretary for MCO, the outpatient psychiatric clinic. She was a member of Park Congregational Church in Toledo, The Scandanavian Club of Toledo, a former Eastern Star and loved to garden.
She is survived by her husband, Meryl; daughter, Suzanne (George) Gusses of Maumee; sons, Michael W. Golightley of Brecksville, Oh and R. Mark Golightley of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; grandchildren, Sara, Kelly, Alison, Emily, Will, David, Scott, Matthew, Corey and Penny and 2 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sister, Virginia Kujawa and brother Robert Burger. she was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Ruth Burger and husbands, William Golightley and Olav Gjesdahl and grandson, Michael.
