Age 74, of Millsboro, DE, died September 21, 2010 in Linwood, PA. A resident of Millsboro, DE for 14 years, he previously resided in Aston, PA. Retiring from Claymont Steel in 1986, he then was employed by the County of Delaware, Marple Township as a Weigh Master for 11 years retiring in 1996 thereafter moving to Millsboro, DE where he took up fishing and helping the Veterans. Tim put in more the 50,000 volunteer hours with the veterans group where he met a lot of great men and women. He was a member of American legion, Post 28 in Millsboro, DE with 24 years of service, AmVets, post 22, ASA Softball Umpire, he loved baseball and was an avid fisherman for the last 10 years. A Veteran, he served in the Army and was stationed in Germany.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Anna Marie Conway Timothy; stepson, Charles Mosser; 1 sister, Ann Marie Patrick and a brother-in-law, James Hulings. Mr. Timothy is survived by 1 son, John Kevin Timothy and his wife, Caren of Linwood, PA, Close Companion, Mildred "Mickey" Bunch of Millsboro, DE; 2 sisters, Pat Hulings and Rose (George) Oliver, both of New Castle, DE, 1 brother-in-law, John Patrick of Ocean City, NJ; 1 grandson, William and great-granddaughter, Savanna.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Veteran Memorial Service on Monday, 11 am, at Oak Orchard-Riverdale Post 28 of the American Legion, 31768 Legion Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966 where friends may call from 10-11 am. Interment Thursday, 11 am, at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE.
