Winter Haven, May 2: Henry R. Taylor, 75 years old of Lake Howard Drive, died today in the city hospital. A native of Hardin County, Kentucky. He moved to Winter Haven from Vine Grove, Kentucky in 1949.
Survived by to daughters, Mrs. Paul B. Stiles of Vine Grove, Kentucky and Mrs. Robert McNary of Winter Haven, Florida.

Henry R. Taylor was born February 28, 1878 in Hardin County, Kentucky. His father Rev. Taylor was a Methodist minister. At the age of two years his mother died and was sent to live with his uncle, Mr. Clay Hays. He met and married Dela Skillman in November 1900. Mrs. Taylor preceded Mr. Taylor in death in September 1952.
To this union four children were born of which two are living, Mrs. Robert McNary and Mrs. Proctor Stiles.
He was the part owner of the Vine Grove Feed Store from 1918-1942, and a partner in the Stith and Taylor Funeral Home from 1928 - 1949.
Burial was in Vine Grove cemetery.
