Notes from WFT Vol 4, Tree 1415 submitted by Roberta Little Simonds
Ann, David's sister, was engaged to marry a Rock Island man named Spencer. She went to Camanche, IA to visit her sister, Margaret and while there came down with pneumonia and died. She was only 20.
*Note She is buried with her sister Mary Jane Strahan in the Strahan family plot and her information is listed on the reverse side of Mary Jane's monument - in some sources Ann is listed as a Strahan - she was not, she was a visiting sister who died
Her headstone is very difficult to read - but what I have been able to make out is:
