KNIGHTSTOWN, Sept. 13 - The funeral of Charles M. Butler, aged 82, the oldest member of the Henry county bar, who died last Tuesday, was held here Thursday afternoon. Mr. Butler's death following an illness of long duration. He served as prosecuting attorney of Henry county from 1873 - 1875.

WILLS PROBATED
The will of Charles M. Butler, late of Knightstown, was probated today. By its terms all of the property of the testator is left to his two sons, Noah W. Butler and John T. Butler. James L. Shelton, the wellknown attorney, is named as executor.
