Anna Marie Ramsden, age 75, of Avoca, died on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Greenway Manor in Spring Green.
She was born November 22, 1934 in Richland Center, the daughter of Robert and Anna (Biser) Sturdevant.
On July 30, 1953 Anna married Homer Ramsden, Jr. at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Avoca.
Anna was very active in Saint Joseph's Catholic Church and all activities in Avoca.
Anna is survived by nine children, John (Nanci) Ramsden of Madison, Theresa (Bruce) Gabrys of Eagle River, Alaska, Tom Ramsden of Avoca, Helen (Jim) Crist of Lone Rock, Donald (Kris) Ramsden of Winona, Minnesota, Mary Ramsden of Eagle River, Alaska, Donna (Pat) Lins of Spring Green, Phyllis (Thad) Heaney of Valdosta, Georgia, and DiAnn Ramsden (special friend Ryan) of Black Earth.
Ann is further survived by 14 grandchildren, Sean Ramsden, Heather (Pete) Mendygral, Johanna (Rhu) Bushue, Stephanie (Alton) Smith, Paul Gabrys, Justin (Ashley) Crist, LuAnn Crist, Renae Ramsden, Hunter Ramsden, Dominic Ramsden, Joseph Lins, Stephanie (Jeremy) Hughes, Christa Heaney, and Thadrick Heaney, 3 great grandchildren, Zofia Mendygral, MaryAnna Bushue, and Alexander Olson,
Ann is also survived by her sister Roberta Stocks of Apple River, Illinois, and her sister-in-law Eileen Zadrazil, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents Homer Ramsden, Sr. and Johanna Ramsden, her husband Homer J. Ramsden, Jr., her in laws Albert Stocks, Raphael and Marjorie Ramsden, Wilbert and Mildred Wienkes, Lavern Zadrazil, and Helen Ramsden.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Avoca.
Burial will be held at Saint Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
