AUDREY PEDIGO RITES HELD
Audrey Pedigo, 78, lifelong resident of Chariton, moving to Wesley Acres in Des Moines, where she had made her home for the past three years, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at her apartment.
For many years she worked at Fluke's Book Store, Penney's Dept. Store, Oppenheimer's and the Charitone Hotel.
She is survived by an uncle, Mac Young of Chariton; and a daughter-in-law.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Fielding Funeral Home with the Rev. Eugene Koth conducting. Burial was in the Chariton Cemetery.
