Mrs. Emma Ange Browning, 95, of Plymouth died Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at her residence.
Born July 16, 1915 in Washington County she was the daughter of the late Albert Turner Ange and Eva Davenport Ange and was preceded in death by her husband, Hallie Leon Browning; sons, Emsley Warren Browning and James Henry Browning; sister, Hilda B. McDaniels and brother, Albert T. Ange, II. Mrs. Browning was a homemaker, member of the N.C. Extension Co-operative Association and lifelong member of Christian Hope Church of Christ.
Her family includes her daughters-in-law, Joyce A. Browning and Leonita C. Browning of Plymouth, N.C.; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
