Civil War Veteran Dies.
SANTA MONICA, June 18 — Thomas Walton Lloyd [sic], a veteran of the civil war, died of heart disease at his home at the corner of Eighth and Bay streets this morning. He was 74 years of age and is survived by two nieces, Mrs. I. E. Loudy and Mrs. William McDonald. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon from the chapel of Brisee Brothers & Todd under the auspices of the Santa Monica Odd Fellows' lodge. Interment will be at Woodlawn cemetery.
