Norma Lee Shaw

Norma Lee Shaw, 84, of Kingwood Pike, passed away on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, at her residence.
She was born May 13, 1926, in Morgantown, the daughter of the late Charles F. "Doc" and Sadie Triplett Dalton.
Norma was a former employee of Morrison's Department store and Mylan Pharmaceuticals and a Methodist by faith.
Norma is survived by a daughter, whom she was very proud of for obtaining her degree in social work in the field of medicine and psychiatry, Terry Skeen of Morgantown; also a stepdaughter, Joyce Dalton of Morgantown; a sister, Glenna Tonkins of Akron, OH. Norma is also survived by two stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; two stepgreat-great-grandchildren; and very special friends, Wesley and Cathy Keefover of Kingwood Pike.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Shaw; a stepgrandson, Troy McDonald; four brothers and seven sisters.
Friends were able to call at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, and again on Monday, Sept. 20, from 12 noon until the 1 p.m. service with Rev. Norma Stimmell officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
